In the spring of 2014 my daughter and I were searching to buy a larger home as we  were combining our households.  We drove around looking for "open houses" that we had identified on the internet as possibilities. Driving down one last street before heading home, we came across an open house and stopped.  Grant Miller was packing up to leave for the day but, graciously welcomed us in for a tour. The home fit our needs and we made an offer.  Grant proceeded, immediately, to process the required qualification forms.  He was able to contact the various people who could process the required information. We were impressed with the diligence and knowledge Grant displayed.  My impression is that many realtors would have told us to meet on Monday - not Grant - our offer was accepted on Sunday and we had a house!    

Susan immediately arranged for the required inspections, etc.  Despite the holidays, contacts were accepted, work was scheduled. At one showing floor tiles were tenting and foundation cracks were exposed.  I was in total shock.  Susan again knew exactly were to go to solve the problem.  She had contacts with contractors and had bids on the jobs within weeks.  She maintained constant supervision of the work in progress and speeded up completion to meet our closing date.  Luckily the original buyer still wanted the property as long as the defects were corrected. Susan was able to arrange for the closing to be moved ahead a couple of weeks but still within the buyers needs.

A very traumatic (for me) situation was turned around in a very positive way.  I highly recommend The Miller Team to anyone seeking to buy or sell real estate.  Susan and Grant Miller exemplify what is meant by EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS.

Most of all she was confident our home would sell in a reasonable period. The price was set, and listed on MLS on Monday and we were in contract by Friday of the same week. During this period my wife and I were preparing for the closing on the home we bought in San Tan Valley, Grant covered all the details, inspection, appraisal, things that I dreaded doing back in New York. Grant went the extra yards to reassure us all will go well.
